Further expansion at Foundation Recruitment

Property recruitment consultancy, Foundation Recruitment has made an additional appointment to its team. Mark McQuade joins the Manchester office of the business which focuses on jobs in the general practice surveying, retail and leisure estates, shopping centre management, facilities management, property finance, property marketing, construction and wider built environment sectors.

A graduate in Business and Marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University, Mark previously worked in restaurant management where he was responsible for the running of fine dining and rosette awarded establishments.

He made the move into property recruitment attracted by the opportunity to work with equally driven and determined individuals in a fast paced environment. He chose Foundation Recruitment specifically because of the company’s rapid success, unique culture and its commitment to recognising and rewarding the best talent.

On a day-to-day basis, Mark will specialise in the retail and leisure estates sector. He will work on behalf of a nationwide client base that includes retailers, leisure operators and hotel chains, helping them to recruit candidates typically from general practice, construction and design backgrounds and across all levels – from newly qualified up to senior director.

His appointment is the latest in a rapid succession of new hires at Foundation Recruitment as the company continues to expand its teams in both Manchester and London to meet growing demand for its services.
