The Nomination Committee’s proposal for election of new Board members
The Nomination Committee of Pricer AB has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting approve the following proposals regarding the number of Board members and election of Board members.
The Nomination Committee proposes that the number of Board members be five (5).
For the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee proposes re-election of Board members Bernt Ingman, Hans Granberg, Jonas Guldstrand and Jenni Virnes, and furthermore proposes that Thomas Krishan be elected as a new Board member. Olof Sand has declined re-election. Bernt Ingman is proposed as Chairman of the Board.
Thomas Krishan, born in 1968, holds an M.B.A. from Uppsala University. From 1995 to 2003 Thomas was employed by Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission AB, where he was a member of the executive management team for the Investment Banking business area. During the period from 1999 to 2003, he was a partner in Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission and has since then conducted independent operations in capital management. Thomas was a board member of Morphic Technologies AB between 2004 and 2007 and a board member of Uniflex AB between 2013 and 2017. Thomas Krishan is independent in relation to Pricer AB and its management and independent in relation to the company’s largest shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm, on 26 April 2018, 4:00 p.m. at Lundqvist & Lindqvist Conference Klara Strand, Klarabergsviadukten 90.
