Santa Luz in Gateway announces no payments until March 2013!
Santa Luz, a new luxury coach home community located within a gated enclave of Gateway Golf & Country Club, is offering no payments until March 2013 to home buyers who close on a new home by Nov. 30, 2012. Several new construction homes with golf course and water views will be completed and ready for occupancy within the next couple of weeks. Prices begin at $169,900. An open house is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, Oct. 28 from noon to 5 p.m.
