Option program for the CEO

Jason Clark (CEO and President) has per the 10th of March 2017 bought 100,000 options via an option
program issued by Grenspecialisten AB, each option gives the right to purchase one Proact share.

Jason Clark is paying SEK 14.37 per option (market price according to Black-Scholes) and gives the right to purchase one Proact share for SEK 195.90 (strike price) within a two year period.
At the same time, Anders Hultmark (Chairman of the Board) has via IGC Industrial Growth Company AB, sold 50,000 Proact shares to Grenspecialisten AB for SEK 178.10 per share.
In the first quarter of 2017 Jason Clark sold all his Proact shares and replaced those with the option program described above.
Proact IT Group AB (publ.) is not the contracting party of this transaction, but the Board of Directors welcomes the transaction.
