Proha PLC sells its share of Localeyes Finland LTD

PROHA PLC SELLS ITS SHARE OF LOCALEYES FINLAND LTD Proha sells its remaining share of LocalEyes Finland Ltd. to LocalEyes Ltd, a subsidiary of the Italian Opera Multimedia S.p.A. A year ago Proha spun off its localization operations to a new company called LocalEyes Finland Ltd, of which Opera Multimedia purchased a 51% holding. In accordance with the agreement signed now, Proha sells the remaining share of its holding in LocalEyes Finland for the price of EUR 314,000. LocalEyes Finland will thus become a 100% subsidiary of LocalEyes Ltd. PROHA IN BRIEF Proha is a globally operating, growing and profitable software company.
