THE PRO FORMA RESULT INFORMATION OF THE PROHA GROUP, INCLUDING THE COMPANIES PURCHASED BUT NOT INCLUDED IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT. In 1999, the total net turnover of the companies purchased to the Proha Group after the financial year February 28 to December 31, 1999 (10 months)(Accountor Ltd, Ari Hovi Ltd and its subsidiary Vidac Ltd, Brossco Systems Ltd, CM-Systems Ltd, Planman Ltd and Tuloshallinto Ltd), is EUR 6.41 million, profit EUR 1.24 million, result before taxes EUR 1.25 million, and result of the financial year after taxes EUR 0.88 million. In 1999, the total net turnover (pro forma) of Proha Plc and its new subsidiaries is EUR 11.60 million, result EUR 1.83 million, result before taxes EUR 1,68 million, and result for the financial year after taxes EUR 1.19 million. The internal turnover of the Proha Group is not included in these figures. The number of employees in Proha Group is 186. These pro forma figures replace and complement the figures given in a bulletin on February 22, 2000.
