PROVENTUS ANNOUNCES NAV OF PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS III

Proventus today announces that, at the close of business on 31 December 2018, the Net Asset Value per participation loan debentures of Proventus Capital Partners III, is SEK 620,884 for series A and SEK 15,684,014 for series B.
SEK 8,989 per series A debenture and SEK 224,725 per series B debenture will be distributed as Ordinary Income to our debenture holders on 15 January 2019. No partial repayment will be distributed the fourth quarter.
Proventus Capital Partners III’s assets are composed of 5.7 per cent publicly traded corporate bonds, and 94.3 per cent privately issued corporate loans.
During the fourth quarter, Proventus Capital Partners III invested in two new private loans and one public high-yield bond and made add-on investments in four private loans and two public high-yield bonds.
