PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTERS ALPHA ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

Proventus Capital Partners Alpha AB (publ) today announces that on 31 October 2017, the company will increase its contributed capital by SEK 211 million through the issuance of 189 participation loan debentures at a price of SEK 1,000,000 each and by an equity contribution of SEK 22 million from the owners.

The new debentures are subscribed for by existing debenture holders and will be registered in Euroclear around 7 November 2017. The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the fourth quarter 2017.

Including the newly issued debentures, Proventus Capital Partners Alpha’s funding amounts to SEK 844 million comprised of participation loan debentures of SEK 756 million and SEK 88 million in equity.
