Proventus today announces that, at the close of business on 31 December 2014, the Net Asset Value of the Proventus Capital Partners II participation loan amounted to SEK 391,795 per debenture.

No Ordinary Income will be distributed for the fourth quarter.

Proventus Capital Partners II’s assets are composed of 5.4 per cent publicly traded corporate bonds, and 94.6 per cent privately issued corporate loans.

During the second quarter, Proventus Capital Partners II made add-on investments in two existing private loan and in one publicly traded corporate bond.
