Sistema de reformulação de produtos da Nestlé reconhecido pela comunidade científica
O Nestlé Nutritional Profiling System (NNPS) é um sistema de reformulação de produtos, desenvolvido pela companhia que se traduz na redução efetiva de açúcar, sal e gorduras dos produtos Nestlé, ao mesmo tempo que os enriquece com nutrientes saudáveis. O NNPS foi apresentado num estudo publicado pelo European Journal of Nutrition (EJON). O sistema divide os alimentos em 32 categorias, que vão desde as noodles, pizzas e alimentos à base de cereais, até às sopas, produtos de confeitaria, sobremesas à base de leite a molhos. Paralelamente, indica, por faixa etária, os objetivos a alcançar
