Q-FREE- ANNUAL ACCOUNTS 2017
The Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA has on 4 April 2018 approved the Directors Report and the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2017. The Consolidated Financial Statements are presented according to IFRS and will be presented for final approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held 29 May 2018.
The Group's Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Statements include no changes compared to the preliminary full year results presented 16 February 2018. The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that there will be no distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2017.
The Annual report including the Directors report and the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2017 will be published on the Company's website together with the notice for the Annual General Meeting.
