Q-FREE –DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

Trondheim 18 May 2015: Chairman of the Board, Terje Christoffersen has been given proxies without voting instructions for 10,542,303 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 15.05 % of the total shares and voting rights in the company. The proxies are valid for the Annual General meeting to be held on 20 May 2015.
