Q-FREE CLOSES THE SALE OF SHARES IN NOCA AS
Trondheim/Oslo 26 November 2014: As previously announced, Q-Free signed on 30. October 2014 a Share Purchase Agreement to sell its 53.48% shares in Noca AS to Simpro Holding AS. The transaction is as of today closed. The activities of Noca will be taken out of the consolidated accounts of Q-Free with effect from today.
