QuickBit eu AB (publ) hires Jonathan Widinghoff as Legal Counsel

QuickBit eu AB (publ) has hired Jonathan Widinghoff as Legal Counsel. Jonathan is an experienced legal professional with a specialty in startups and fintech companies. He joins QuickBit from the investment and reconstruction company FrontOffice Nordic AB (publ).

At QuickBit, Jonathan will be responsible for coordinating legal matters internally and externally, his remit will include compliance with regulations for operations made by the Gibraltar company, legal issues regarding the listing of QuickBit, data protection, contract law and general business law issues.

In addition to his LL.M. from Stockholm University, Jonathan has also studied European law at graduate level and has for many years worked in an advisory capacity with issues related to reconstruction and financing. He has experience of compliance and AML issues at one of Sweden's fastest growing fintech companies, and has also founded, managed and sold technology companies in p2p distribution and e-commerce, during at which time he was part of the Stockholm School of Economic’s incubator SSE Business LAB.
