Quingo receive gold marks for outstanding customer feedback

Luton, UK. – Quingo, the 5 wheel mobility scooter brand, have just received an award commending the feedback they get from users of their scooters. 

Quingo’s excellence in customer service throughout 2014 was acknowledged with the Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation.

Feefo is an independent customer review system for businesses that specialises in generating reviews that businesses and customers can rely on. All customers of Quingo with an email address have the opportunity to give their anonymous feedback by rating their scooters with one of four options: excellent, good, poor or bad.

Whilst, the criteria for accreditation remains tough, the award was given to Quingo because of the overwhelmingly positive feedback received directly by Feefo from Quingo scooter users.

Quingo’s Managing Director, Mark Nicholls, said of the award: “Feefo specialise in providing feedback that’s comprehensive, genuine and recognised across the globe, so this accolade is a superb reflection of our services and dedication to our customers.

“Feefo’s gold rating is given to companies whose customers rate them above 95% in both service and satisfaction. Of over one hundred reviews, positive feedback about our services and product currently stands at 99% and 100% respectively.

“Our customers’ safety and mobility is paramount to us and we’re consistently delighted with the feedback we receive.”

This is the second year that Feefo have run the award, which is only awarded to companies that consistently deliver great customer service.
