New Orleans, June 4, 2014 -- A record-breaking number of business leaders from ReadSoft’s end-user community converged with the company’s automation experts, partners, and industry analysts during the premier user conference, ReadSoft Processes Possibilities, May 14-16, in New Orleans.

ReadSoft North America’s twelfth annual user conference was an apt opportunity for the debut of ReadSoft Reach, the leading global provider’s cloud-based community through which buyers and suppliers interact and exchange financial information. ReadSoft’s suite of cloud applications includes an e-invoicing portal, supplier portal, invoice capture of any type of file, and more.

“ReadSoft’s new electronic invoice solution is going to be very valuable to increase paperless processing for its client and prospects,” said Henry Ijams, Managing Director of the analyst firm, PayStream Advisors. During the conference, Ijams led a general session discussion on the increasing importance of collaborative relationships in AP. “I was very impressed with the attendees’ level of interest in collaborating with each other,” he said. “ReadSoft has created a wonderful community of users to solve the fundamental problems of managing accounts payable in the post-paper era.”

In addition to learning about ReadSoft’s electronic invoice offering, customers met and interacted with their peer organizations early on in the event through lively end-user roundtable discussions that set the tone for continued networking. “We came to the conference primarily to find out what other users are doing,” said Ruby Mah, Manager of Accounting & Financial Systems at FortisAlberta, Inc. Dee Bradshaw, Director of Purchasing at Community Health Centers, added, “ReadSoft does a great job at making the conference meaningful and personal, even for the smaller companies.”

Throughout the conference, ReadSoft’s core technical team hosted live solution demonstrations and were available at all times to answer questions, all the while taking in user feedback and presenting roadmaps for the company’s software product portfolio. Attendees also learned best practices through a robust offering of customer-led breakout sessions featuring organizations such as Kirby Corp., Arkema Inc., Brady Corp., and more.

“This is where we see our customers really push beyond the status quo to bring home value to their organizations,” said Bob Fresneda, ReadSoft’s Senior Vice President, Americas and Asia Pacific. “It’s incredibly exciting to be a part of this melting pot that includes some of the world’s business process automation pioneers. We take what we learn here straight to our solution lab.”

Marketing and sales enablement breakout sessions were well attended by ReadSoft partners, who sought out the latest information available through ReadSoft’s dynamic channel program. Medius Software, Inc. earned the “Partner of the Year” award, while ReadSoft named ACOM Solutions its “Integrator of the Year.”
