ReadSoft signs agreement with world-leading IT-services provider in Oceania worth 350,000 USD
One of the largest IT-services providers in the world has selected ReadSoft’s SAP®-certified invoice automation solution. The agreement is valued at 350,000 USD with implementation starting in Australia and New Zealand. This deal was closed during the second quarter 2010.
The customer, with worldwide market presence is one of the leading global providers of information, communication and technology based corporate solutions. The accounts payable (AP) automation project was initiated to solve foreseeable costly problems across two departments: Procurement and Finance.
The project objectives, from a Procurement point of view, is to shorten the receipt-to-payment cycle times and to improve supplier relationships. The ability to pay suppliers on time (or earlier) means that the customer can take advantage of early payment discounts, and subsequently negotiate better contracts. From the Finance department’s perspective, less staff is required to process larger volumes of invoices and allow existing staff to focus on more valuable tasks.
