Realfiction launches Dreamoc Diamond – a new elegant mixed reality display for exhibitions, malls and airports
Today Realfiction Holding AB (”Realfiction”) launches the Dreamoc Diamond, an new elegant flagship model in the company’s lineup of Dreamoc displays for glasses-free mixed reality experiences. The Dreamoc Diamond is suitable for creating attention at exhibitions, malls and other open spaces where people come together. The display will be available to order and rent from today, and will also be presented to a large audience of industry peers, partners and potential new clients at the upcoming ISE 2018 fair in Amsterdam, taking place February 6-9.
Dreamoc Diamond is one of the company’s largest Dreamoc models ever built, designed as an elegant diamond with four large panes of glass. This allows for real objects and projected 3D holographic images to be blended together and experienced from all sides of the display at the same time. As an example, the display can present everything from small exclusive products like a perfume, visualizing all the nuances in the form of flowing animations evaporating from the real bottle, all the way to larger products like premium suitcases or designer furniture, highlighting intricate details and features.
The Dreamoc Diamond has been designed by Danish designer Steffen Schmelling, who has previously designed products for brands like Bang & Olufsen, LG and Samsung to name a few.

He explains that the Dreamoc Diamond was developed to cater to the suggestions recievied from selling more than 10 000 Dreamoc displays to a number of market leading customers from different parts of the world.
”The Dreamoc Diamond has a slimmer and more elegant cabinet, and the platform height inside the display can be adjusted to present and glorify both small and very large objects. It is also possible to add a customizable billboard on top of the cabinet to attract even more attention. Additionally, the display takes no more than one hour to assemble, something I am sure will be appreciated by our event-focused customers”, says Clas Dyrholm.
