BNI Read has enjoyed 10 years of networking in Swindon and this year the chapter has passed an extraordinary £250,000 worth of business to each other. To help celebrate this, the co-National Director of BNI in the UK and Ireland, Charlie Lawson, will be visiting the group on Wednesday 13 November 2013.

Matt Fallon, Chapter Director, said: “It is unbelievable to see BNI Read in the top 30 chapters in the UK. It is a huge honour that Charlie Lawson is coming to visit the Chapter and we are very excited to hear what he has to talk about.”

BNI is a business and professional networking organisation whose primary purpose is to exchange quality business referrals.  It is the most successful organisation of its type in the world today with over 3,200 chapters in operation in the UK and 24 other countries worldwide.  Last year, members of BNI passed more than 3 million referrals which generated more than £850 million worth of business for its members.

Charlie Lawson is a word of mouth marketing expert, who speaks and writes extensively on the subject. Since joining the business in 2004, Charlie has held a variety of roles within the organisation, working with many thousands of BNI members. He and co-National Director, Tim Cook, took over the UK and Ireland operation as a whole in May 2009. Charlie's passion is seeing BNI members get success through their BNI membership - there is nothing more inspiring than helping a BNI member and then seeing them hit their goals.
