Supplier since 2003
“Gresvig is an important customer for us and one of the main reasons why we currently have a significant investment within the retail sector,” says Renè Eriksen, Vice President Operations at Rejlers Embriq. We know each other well having worked together since 2003 and it is extremely satisfying that we have now agreed to continue our collaboration. “We look forward to being able to provide Gresvig with the tools they need in a challenging market,” says Eriksen.

IT gives a competitive edge
“Gresvig is a market-leading player within sport and leisure in Norway through the G-Sport, G-MAX and Intersport brands, and we employ many measures to increase our competitiveness,” says Pål H. Rasmussen, Managing Director at Gresvig. “We believe that positive shopping experiences in stores and online are a significant part of this, and it is here that IT plays a vital role.” Following an evaluation and detailed negotiations we have concluded that that we will be best served by continuing our collaboration with Rejlers Embriq as a supplier,” says Rasmussen.

Investing in Retail
“Retail is definitely one of our investment areas,” says Thomas Pettersen, Managing Director of Rejlers Embriq. “We are suppliers of critical IT services to retailers with a total of around 1,800 stores in the Nordic region, split into electronics, sports, textiles and optics. Our ambition is to take a market-leading position in our role as system integrator for the industry. We look forward to working actively together with Gresvig, focusing on the role of IT in the production of dynamic, seamless and relevant customer experiences that are both cost-effective and entail low risk,” says Pettersen.
