Rejlers experts from Rejlers participating at Nordic Rail

The infrastructure of the future and resource shortages within the rail sector will be in focus when the Nordic region’s largest railway trade fair, Nordic Rail is held in Jönköping on 10-12 October.

At Nordic Rail, Martin Sivik Ångman will give a talk on how Rejlers is paving the way by creating projects and initiatives where skilled labour is paired with employers in need of railway engineers.

- Finding and recruiting employees with the right skills is already one of the biggest challenges facing the rail sector. When companies know they will be able to find staff with the right expertise, it gives them the confidence they need to take on new projects, and we want to share our experiences so that more companies can be matched with the right people, says Martin Sivik Ångman. 

From Rejlers, Christoffer Kronqvist, an expert in safety management, will also give a talk on the EU CSM-RA* Directive and how CSM-RA can be used more actively in Sweden. Soma Rostam is another speaker from Rejlers who will share her experiences of working as a railway engineer in a Management by Value consultancy firm such as Rejlers.
