Rejlers signs framework agreement with the Swedish Transport Administration

Rejlers has been chosen by the Swedish Transport Administration as one of several suppliers in a framework agreement regarding specialists in traffic control systems. The Swedish Transport Administration procured suppliers in 31 areas for traffic control systems. Rejlers submitted tenders in 18 of them and was chosen as number 1 or 2 for more than half.

“Traffic control systems are very much about various technologies for signaling systems and traffic routing. Rejlers has long experience in the area and extensive digital expertise that is important, for example, when the Swedish Transport Administration digitalises and centralises Traffic Routing to fewer locations. We are looking forward to supporting the client in traffic control,” says Soma Rostam, Tender Manager.

The framework agreement applies until 30 June 2019 with an option of 1+1 years. The Swedish Transport Administration estimates the purchase volume for all procured areas at around SEK 30,000,000 during the period of the agreement.

Niklas Mårtensson, Project Manager at Rejlers' Infra business area, says:
“As the Swedish Transport Administration is our largest customer in Sweden, this is a strategically important framework agreement for us and since we are quite high in the ranking, we count on a large number of suborders. This provides a good base coverage and also creates space to continue recruitment in the signaling and traffic control area.”
