The aims of the half day Retail Trust Masterclass is to:

•           Inspire retail staff in their first management role

•           Learn from a master in retail who will share his retail journey and experience

•           Provide an opportunity for managers from big and small retailers to share and discuss best practice

•           Understand how to apply this learning back to work

John Timpson, CBE, Chairman, Timpson, is the second retail executive to deliver a masterclass with Nigel J L Rothband Retail Trust’s Chief Executive after the first event in February was full to capacity in London.
