Ripasso Energy publishes prospectus

The Swedish clean tech company Ripasso Energy AB (publ) publishes a prospectus for the new share issue decided by the Board, which it announced on November 1st.

Ripasso Energy's launch of PWR BLOK, a unique container-based solution for producing electricity from residual and flare gases, received a greater positive response from the market than expected. To be able to further strengthen the investment, the Board decided to implement a new issue.

The new issue of a maximum of 18,347,312 shares with preferential rights for Ripasso Energy's shareholders have a subscription period from December 4 to December 15, 2017.

Relating to this new issue, the Company has prepared a prospectus which has today been approved by Finansinspektionen. The prospectus can be obtained from the Ripasso and is also available on the Company's website (www.ripassoenergy.com), Eminova Fondkommission AB’s website (www.eminova.se) and Finansinspektionen’s website (www.fi.se).
