Change in holdings for senior executive in SaltX

SaltX Technology Holding ABs (publ) Vice President and Technical Manager Göran Bolin intends to subscribe for 125,000 units in the company's current Rights issue and at the same time has divested 105,750 shares and 105,750 unit rights in one part of the redeployment of his holdings.

Thereby Göran Bolin increases his holding of shares in the company with 20,000 shares to a total of 175,000 shares and invests close to SEK 200 thousand, net.

Göran Bolin intends to subscribe for 125,000 units in the company's current new Rights issue and has therefore acquired 450,000 unit rights (SaltX UR B). Göran Bolin makes a redeployment between accounts before the acquisition, the acquisition is intended to be for his capital insurance account, and he has divested 105,750 shares and as many unit rights from its bank deposit. The acquired unit rights together with the unit rights that the shares previously held on a capital insurance account entitle Göran Bolin to subscribe for 125,000 units.

Information about current Rights issue 
SaltX carries out an issue with preference for shareholders which provide the company with a maximum of SEK 80.6 million before issue costs. The subscription period is from November 23 to December 7. The issue is for one unit per four old shares and each unit consists of a new share and a warrant of series TO6. The subscription price is SEK 5.50 per unit. Trading of unit rights is ongoing on Nasdaq First North Premier until December 5.

The Rights issue is fully guaranteed through subscriptions from the principal shareholders Industrifonden and Skirner AB and through Rights issue guarantees from a guarantee consortium.
