Morgan Stanley has informed Sanitec Corporation (“Sanitec”) that its indirect ownership in Sanitec has decreased below the threshold of 5.0% of Sanitec’s shares and votes on 10 February 2015 due to the recent Geberit tender offer.

Sanitec Corporation has currently 100,000,000 registered shares, each share entitling to one vote at the general meeting of shareholders.
