Seqr becomes a Mastercard issuer
SEQR Payments AB, part of Seamless Distribution AB, has been approved by Mastercard as an issuer in Europe.
The partnership with Mastercard will enable Seqr to use its e-money license to open up innovative mobile payment opportunities within the European market and to drive forward its growth agenda within the mobile payments industry.
As a principal member of the Mastercard network Seqr will be able to issue contactless Mastercard payment products within Europe which will help to further fuel its corporate mission for Seqr to drive new ways to pay in an ever growing cashless society. Further announcements related to market launches will be forthcoming in the near future.
