Sectra appoints new CFO

Linköping, Sweden, June 22, 2016 – Mr. Mats Franzén has been appointed CFO of Sectra AB (STO: SECT B). He succeeds Simo Pykälistö, who was appointed President of Sectra’s Secure Communications business area in April 2016. Mats will be a member of Sectra AB’s company management and will assume his new role in the autumn 2016.

Mats Franzén, 46 years old, holds a Master of Business Administration from Linköping University and was previously an authorized public accountant certified by the Swedish Supervisory Board of Public Accountants. He has extensive experience from executive positions in the finance, audit and IT departments of various companies with international operations. Mr. Franzen joins Sectra from engineering company HTC Group, where he served as CFO since 2009. His previous employers include Toyota Material Handling Europe AB and PwC.
