Securitas today completed the divestment of fire alarm operations in France

Securitas today completed the divestment of Proteg Incendie and Proteg
Extincteur, the two fire alarm companies of Proteg SA, the French security and
services busines of Securitas AB. As announced earlier in the year, the price
is MSEK 715 (MFFR 502), which was paid today in cash by the buyer - Williams
PLC.
