Anna-Karin Celsing and Susanne Lithander proposed new members of the Board of Serneke Group

The Nomination Committee of Serneke Group AB (publ) has decided to propose that at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 3, 2018, Anna-Karin Celsing och Susanne Lithander be selected to serve on the Board.

It is proposed that Mari Broman, Ludwig Mattson and Ola Serneke be reappointed as Members of the Board. The Nomination Committee proposes that Kent Sander is reappointed as the Chairman of the Board. Anders Wennergren and Kristina Willgård has declined reappointment.

Anna-Karin Celsing, born 1962, Master of Science in Business and Economics at Stockholm School of Economics. She has over 25 years’ experience in leading positions in management and strategic communication at Ratos och Föreningssparbanken amongst others. Anna-Karin Celsing is currently chairman of SVT AB and board member of Landshypotek Bank AB, Lannebo Fonder AB och OX2 Vind AB.

Susanne Lithander, born 1961, Master of Science in Business and Economics at School of Business, Economics and Law Gothenburg. She has 20 years’ experience in leading positions at Ericsson as well as CEO at Mercuri International Group. Since 2011 Susanne Lithander is CFO at BillerudKorsnäs AB.

The Nomination Committee’s goal has been to provide the Board of Directors with the overall competence and experience required to continue to lead and develop the company’s operations optimally, and to ensure continued profitable growth. The proposal also takes into account versatility, as well as, breadth of experience and background, and complies with the stipulations of the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance regarding non-affiliation.

Serneke’s Nomination Committee for the 2018 Annual General Meeting consists of Carl Sandberg, chairman of the nomination committee, appointed by Ola Serneke Invest AB, Ludwig Mattsson, appointed by Lommen Holding AB, Christer Larsson, appointed by Christer Larsson i Trollhättan AB, Sofia Åstenius, appointed by Ledge Ing AB and Chairman of the Board of Serneke Group AB, Kent Sander.
