Serneke builds tenant-owner apartments for HSB in Eriksberg
Serneke has entered into an agreement with HSB Gothenburg to build 47 apartments for HSB brf Skaftö in Västra Eriksberg. The order amounts to approximately SEK 116 million.
The two buildings, comprising 47 tenant-owner apartments with 1.5–3 rooms and kitchen, are the last to be built in the Kajen area in Västra Eriksberg. The apartments are located close to Färjenäsparken and right at Gothenburg’s entrance to the sea. A garage will be built underneath one of the buildings.

Construction of tenant-owner apartments at brf Skaftö will commence this summer, and the project is expected to be completed during the summer of 2019.
The order value of approximately SEK 116 million will be included in order bookings for the second quarter of 2017.
