Simtronics Group has through its French subsidiary signed a Frame agreement with DCNS in France for delivery of gas analyzers and gas detectors for submarines.  This Frame agreement is the confirmation of the expected contract which was announced in August in connection with the first order of NOK 2,4 million for generic studies.

The duration of the Frame agreement will be three years, renewable.  In average, submarines have a 33 years life expectancy and accordingly the agreement will be renewed during this period.

For the first three year period, the contract value represents minimum NOK 37,6 million.  In addition to supplying the materials and spare parts, Simtronics will also provide studies, technical advice and training.
