Mark Lemon new Senior Vice President Assurance and Control

As of October 1, Mark Lemon will take on the position as Senior Vice President for the Group Function Assurance and Control. The position is new following the governance review Skanska performed earlier this year. Assurance and Control is part of the Core Corporate function Legal.

The role of the new Function includes: the establishment of a governance framework to assure Skanska’s core set of policies and processes are properly implemented by the Business Units, supporting the Global Leadership Team and other Headquarter functions in implementing the framework and improving our Enterprise Risk Management system.

Mark Lemon has previously been Senior Vice President for the Skanska Risk Team, and lead the Governance Review Task Force during this past spring. Prior to this, he held various positions within Infrastructure Development. Mark joined Skanska 13 years ago.
