Skanska awarded facilities management contract in the UK worth GBP 196 M, about SEK 2.3 billion

Skanska UK has been awarded a contract by Eastbury Park Limited to provide facilities management services to the Ministry of Defence at Northwood HQ in Hertfordshire. The contract is worth GBP 196 M, about SEK 2.3 billion over a 13-year period. The two-year order value, booked in quarter four 2018, is GBP 47 M, about SEK 550 M.

Under a private finance initiative, Skanska UK will deliver all non-military support activities on the site until 2031.
