Skanska divests Operations & Maintenance operations in Argentina for USD 75 M, about SEK 630 M

Skanska divests the Operations & Maintenance part of its operations for a preliminary price of USD 75 M about SEK 630 M, on a debt free basis. The price is subject to adjustments at closing of the transaction, which is expected to take place at the end of July. The transaction will be recorded in the Central stream and will not have any material result effect. 

The operations generated revenues of about USD 350 M, about SEK 3 billion, during 2014. The buyer is Perez Companc Family Group, an Argentinian Group active in Latin America.

After the closing of the transaction Skanska has no remaining operations in Argentina.
