Skanska invests in land in Prague, Czech Republic, for CZK 841M, about SEK 290M

Skanska has acquired land in Prague, Czech Republic, from Codeco UK. The total investment amounts to CZK 841M, about SEK 290M. 

The plot is a former brownfield situated in the district of Vysocany in Prague. Skanska is planning to develop it into an extensive residential area with good access to the city center.

Skanska is one of the leading development and construction companies in Europe.
