SOTKAMO SILVER: ACCORDING TO THE PRELIMINARY OUTCOME OF SUBSCRIPTION WITH WARRANTS 13 341 450 NEW SHARES WERE SUBSCRIBED
The subscription period for subscription of shares in Sotkamo Silver AB (publ) with warrants TO4 ended August 31st, 2017. The preliminary outcome shows that in the issue about 13 341 450 new shares were subscribed and the Company is supplied with approximately € 5,6 million (SEK 53,2 M) new capital before issue costs. The subscription rate was approximately 65 %.
More accurate information about the outcome will be released earliest on Wednesday, September 6th.
Please note that warrants which were not used for subscription latest at August 31st, 2017 lapses and thereby has lost their value.
