Trading of own equity certificates as part of employee's bonus scheme

5th of mars 2014 SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge purchased 44.150 NONG at an average price of NOK 36,7451. The bank had no initial holdings of own equity certificates.

The securities were acquired as part of SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's bonus scheme, where part of the settlement take place through the allocation of NONG.
