Senior Starbreeze executives redeem employee stock options
STOCKHOLM (7 June 2018)– Starbreeze AB’s CEO Bo Andersson Klint and CFO Sebastian Ahlskog have, within the framework of the company’s outstanding Employee Stock Option Program 2014/2018, exercised 133,334 and 200,000 options, respectively, to subscribe for 202,490 and 303,734 Class B shares, respectively, in Starbreeze. Bo Andersson Klint has sold 202,490 shares while Sebastian Ahlskog has sold 101,243 of the subscribed shares.
Sebastian Ahlskog may sell further shares once these are registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. All transactions are reported in the customary manner to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
