Lancaster Colony Commercial Products introduces new Marinex® Botanic tableware items
Columbus, Ohio (March 29, 2011) – Lancaster Colony Commercial Products introduced fresh, new Marinex® selections for the USA retail market at this year’s International Home and Housewares trade show in Chicago, March 6-8, in Saint-Gobain Booth S3225. Visitors to the booth were the first to see the new, eco-friendly, fully tempered Botanic tableware collection. The Botanic items are all made of 100 percent recyclable glass and include seven items:

• Botanic 4-inch Dessert Cup – clear, packed 24 per carton
• Botanic 10.25-inch Dinner Plate – clear, packed 24 per carton
• Botanic 7.5-inch Dessert Plate – clear, packed 24 per carton
• Botanic 8-5/8-inch Deep Plate – clear, packed 24 per carton
• Botanic 8.5-ounce Glass – clear, packed 24 per carton
• Botanic 10-ounce Glass – clear, packed 24 per carton
Marinex® Botanic selections enhance virtually any table setting with their consistently clear color and elegant shapes. Because the Botanic tableware items are fully tempered and shock resistant, the products are tougher or less susceptible to chipping during use. Plus, if an item breaks, the pieces are intended to break into smaller pieces that are not as sharp, thereby reducing the risk of injury.
Additional Marinex® products include clear borosilicate bakeware classics and premium products, such as roasters in many different sizes with and without glass lids, molds, casseroles, specialty servers and more. Marinex fully tempered glass tableware and storage collections include canisters with bisphenol A free (BPA free) color plastic lids in heights for convenient storage as well as sizes for on-the-go sizes complete with a durable, easy to grip handle lid with drink spout. Marinex® square, tempered glass storage bowls with color plastic lids are available individually in several sizes, as well as 6-piece packaged sets.
