Permanent and Electromagnetic Pulleys from Eriez® Available in 80 Combinations of Diameters and Belt Widths
Erie, PA--- Eriez®, world authority in magnetic, vibratory and inspection applications, offers a series of powerful magnetic pulleys for automatic separation of heavy tramp iron contaminants from conveyor transported materials.
These pulleys provide ideal automatic removal of unwanted iron from materials conveyed on belts to prevent machinery damage and product contamination for sand, gravel, limestone, recyclables, wood products, glass cullet, chemical, mining, rock products, ceramic, paper, coal handling and foundry operations.
The axial interpole magnetic circuit provides a uniform magnetic field to remove tramp iron from material on almost any belt conveyor. These self-cleaning units—offered in permanent and electromagnetic designs---are available in 80 combinations of diameters from 8 to 36-inches (203 to 914mm) and belt widths from 8 to 60-inches (203 to 1524mm).
All Eriez Permanent Magnet Axial Interpole (AIP) Pulleys are constructed of quality steel center tubes with welded dividers to securely hold magnet stacks. Pulleys are all–welded heavy duty construction for use in severe applications involving extra-long conveyors, heavy loads or start–stop operations.
Pulleys are finish painted and hub bore holes are coated to prevent rust or pitting. Options available in the Electromagnetic Pulley line include custom pulley face widths, shafts and lagging.
