STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 December 2010 at 09.00 EET

During the 1–30 November 2010 conversion period there was one conversion and a total of 300 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 15 December 2010, and trading in the new R shares will start on 16 December 2010.

Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after conversion is 238 388 656.
