StratoComm Corporation Shareholder Notice
StratoComm Corporation, (OTC: STCO) Albany, New York, Oct. 11, 2011-- This notice is provided to StratoComm Corporation shareholders to state that on Thursday October 6, 2011 the SEC published a Press Release to its website relating to its decision to file civil claim against StratoComm Corporation, Roger D. Shearer, CEO and Craig Danzig, formerly Director of Investor Relations with StratoComm.
As of this writing neither the company nor Mr. Shearer have received copy of the claim although Mr. Shearer anticipated receipt by email as discussed earlier last week when returning a call received from the SEC. It was anticipated that a detailed response to the claims enumerated could be provided to shareholders by now, however, failing to receive a copy as discussed, the only response possible at this time is that StratoComm’s opinion of the release is the following;
- That it presents only the opinions of the SEC.
- Opinions as expressed in the release are believed to be inaccurate and/or misleading.
- The Company is unable to comment in response to references to potential Rules violations until following review by counsel once in receipt of the claim.
StratoComm has fully respected and supported all requests for information from the Securities and Exchange Commission and it will continue to do so as it sees the process through and respond promptly to all documents received. The company will maintain open and accurate communications with its shareholders as it addresses the claims, once received.
