Change in number of shares and votes in Sweco AB (publ)

At requests of shareholders, the Swedish Companies Registration Office has registered that 49,655 class A shares have been converted to class B shares during May 2018 with the support of the conversion clause in the Articles of Association.

After the registration, as per 31 May 2018, the total number of shares in Sweco amounts to 121,583,819, of which 10,484,076 are of class A, 110,599,743 are of class B and 500,000 are of class C representing 21,594,050.3, votes in the company. The share capital amounts to SEK 121,583,819.

On the date and time of publication of this information, Sweco holds 2,292,909 class B shares and 500,000 class C shares, in total 2,792,909 shares in treasury. However, Sweco has no voting rights for the class B and class C treasury shares.
