TalkPool starts a service company for IoT services
To meet the great interest within the "Internet of Things (IoT) as a service" area, Talk Pool AB has started the company TalkPool IoT Services AB. Typical services include measurement, distribution and processing of measured values such as temperature, humidity, hot water consumption etc.
The services are offered as subscriptions, making it possible for customers to try the service on a small scale and then scale up the usage. Customer therefor avoid high initial investments and project risks, which means that the solution can quickly become profitable and it becomes easy to get started.
With IoT services, based on new radio technology optimized for long range and very low power consumption, many more different units are now able to be set up that were not economically viable or even possible before, such as smart homes, containers of various types, pallets, parking and much more.
"We lower the barriers of entry further by offering IoT as a service where customers for example over three year period could subscribe monthly to a IoT service that may include sensors and software for a complete system. We take full responsibility for the solutions, eliminating many barriers for our customers, who don’t need to worry about the technology.
