SUBSCRIPTION FOR TECNOMEN SHARES BY EXERCISING STOCK OPTIONS

After the increase in the share capital registered on December 13, 2006, a total
of 66,500 Tecnomen shares were subscribed for the basis of the 2002C stock      
options. The share subscription prices of the shares are recorded fully in the  
invested non-restricted equity fund. After the share subscriptions Tecnomen's   
share capital is EUR 4,720,446.24 dividing into 59,072,078 shares.              

The increase in the share capital as a consequence of the made subscriptions is 
estimated to enter into the Trade Register on May 30, 2007. The shares have been
applied for listing on the Helsinki Stock Exchange Main List together with the  
old shares. Trading with these shares is expected to start on the day after the 
registration.                                                                   

In terms of shareholder rights, the new shares are identical to the company     
shares already traded on Helsinki Stock Exchange as from the registration date.
