Tecnotree deploys strategic Convergent Billing and Customer Relationship Management platform for leading telecommunications operator in Afghanistan

The CBS and CRM platform will power more than 10 million prepaid and 64,000 postpaid subscribers.
The new converged billing system will enable the operator to enhance the loyalty of its postpaid subscribers and build a sustainable competitive advantage by offering added value. The system includes a unique hybrid feature that enables subscribers to switch to prepaid subscriptions at any time, as well as offering prepaid promotions and offers.
