TECNOTREE PROSPECTS FOR 2009 AND 2010                                           

Due to the global financial crisis, operators have remained cautious about new  
capital expenditure and many have postponed their investments until 2010. In the
second half of 2009 Tecnotree has implemented a major restructuring, from which 
the cost savings will be realized in full in 2010. In 2009, the net sales are   
expected to be below EUR 55 million and the operating result to be a loss of    
over EUR 14 million, including a considerable amount of one-time costs.         

With its new cost structure and expanded product portfolio, Tecnotree is now    
more competitive than before. Tecnotree expects its sales to be considerably    
higher in 2010 than in 2009. Due to increased sales and reduced expenses,       
profitability is estimated to improve significantly, and the operating result to
be positive.
