Teleca’s Russian legal entity renamed

In the middle of October, 2009 Teleca’s Russian legal entity, Telma Soft Ltd, concluded a renaming process and is now called Teleca OOO.

Malmö, Sweden – November 10, 2009 - The preparation for a new name started three years ago when Telma Soft was acquired by Teleca AB in April 2006. On September 10, 2009, Telma Soft Ltd reorganization by TLM Com Ltd affiliation was completed. The final stage has now started and the new name of the company is Teleca OOO. Teleca’s Group Management now informs all customers about this transformation and ask them to put correct the company name in their registers and databases.
