Buller Group Recruit, Scott Heefner, is Named Vice President of Financial Business & Analytics for TASC

Heefner was most recently Vice President of Federal Programs and a Corporate Officer for Project Time & Cost, Inc. Previously he had been a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton where he held responsibility for leading multiple business lines that achieved annual double-digit growth.
